Invoice Chaser ("we") helps freelancers send payment reminders. This policy explains what data we collect and why.

Data we collect

• Account data: your email address and login credentials (handled by our authentication provider, Supabase).
• Invoice data you enter: client names, client email addresses, amounts, due dates, and notes. This is the core of the service — we store it so we can send reminders on your schedule.
• Email settings: your sender name and the email address you verify for sending.
• Payment data: processed by our merchant of record, Creem. We never see or store your card details; we only receive confirmation that you purchased.

How we use it

• To send reminder emails in your name to the client addresses you provide.
• To operate your dashboard (invoice list, templates, history).
• We do not sell your data or your clients' data. We do not use it for advertising.

Sharing

We share data only with the service providers needed to run the product: Supabase (hosting/database/auth), Brevo (email delivery), Cloudflare (hosting), and Creem (payments). Each processes data only on our behalf.

Your rights

You can export or delete your data at any time by contacting us. Deleting your account removes your invoices, templates, and history.
