1. The service

Invoice Chaser sends automated payment-reminder emails in your name, using the sender identity you verify, according to the schedule you configure. You remain solely responsible for the content of your invoices and for the accuracy of client details you enter.

2. Acceptable use

• Only add invoices for genuine debts owed to you, and only email recipients who owe you payment.
• Do not use the service for spam, harassment, or unlawful debt-collection practices in your jurisdiction.
• We may suspend accounts that generate abuse complaints.

3. Plans and payments

• Free plan: up to 3 active invoices.
• Pro (one-time $19): unlimited active invoices and editable templates. This is a one-time payment, not a subscription — you pay once, it's yours.
• Payments are processed by our merchant of record, Creem. Refunds: if the product doesn't work as described, contact us within 14 days of purchase.

4. No collection agency

Invoice Chaser is software, not a debt-collection agency. We do not contact debtors on our own behalf, negotiate debts, or take a cut of recovered amounts. All emails are sent as you, the user.

5. Liability

The service is provided "as is". We are not liable for the outcome of your payment disputes, for emails caught by spam filters, or for reminders sent because an invoice wasn't marked paid in time (we send a 24-hour heads-up before every reminder so you can stop it).
